Pre-Orders/Private Signings

If you are pre-ordering an item for a private signing, you will be charged during checkout. By submitting payment on a pre-order item, you are acknowledging that the item will be sent after the date of the signing listed on the website. Do not file a claim on a purchase for pre-order items. You are responsible for reading all of the information before purchasing.

Shipping Information

In-Stock Items

Any in-stock items sold in our store will be shipped within 3 days of purchase. Shipping is calculated and invoiced before we ship to you.

Pre-Orders/Private Signings

Pre-Order/Private Signing items will ship within a week following the signing. All customers who have ordered a pre-order item for a private signing will be notified of shipping timelines in a separate email. Please ask any questions before purchasing as there are no refunds or cancellations accepted.

International

We are willing to ship anywhere, but please note that you may incur duties on your shipments based on your countries individual shipping rules. We do not cover these fees.
