If you are pre-ordering an item for a private signing, you will be charged during checkout. By submitting payment on a pre-order item, you are acknowledging that the item will be sent after the date of the signing listed on the website. Do not file a claim on a purchase for pre-order items. You are responsible for reading all of the information before purchasing.
Shipping Information
In-Stock Items
Any in-stock items sold in our store will be shipped within 3 days of purchase. Shipping is calculated and invoiced before we ship to you.
Pre-Orders/Private Signings
Pre-Order/Private Signing items will ship within a week following the signing. All customers who have ordered a pre-order item for a private signing will be notified of shipping timelines in a separate email.
